*All packages will begin with a consultation to pin point what your exact needs will be and what kinds of options you would like to provide to your guests. After meeting we will provide you with a detailed shopping list of what alcohol to purchase and how much. Any unopened product may be returned after your event (Store Permitting).

​The B&W

Our basic package is a great option if you are just looking to serve beer and wine at your event.  Included in this five hour beverage service is:

  • bar set up and break down

  • ice and coolers

  • napkins, straws (or go strawless and save a sea turtle!) & disposable cups

  • one bartender and bar tools needed

  • non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)

  • personalized menu planning

  • alcohol ordering guide

  • professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance

 

Add Ons Include:

  • Additional Time ($50 per extra hour)

  • Additional Bartender or Bar Back will be needed for more than 75 guests ($100 per additional staff member)

  • Champagne Toast (Price TBD)

  • Coffee Bar ($0.75 per person)

  • Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and/or Lemonade ($25 for one, $50 for both)

  • Trash Removal $150 (If the venue doesn't provide trash removal, this fee will be required)

  • Upgraded Design Package (Acrylic Bar Menu, Custom Signs, etc.)

  • Travel Expenses May Apply

 

Starting at $300 + $2 per person​

*Tip Jars May be Pulled for a 30% Gratuity Fee per Bartender*

The Original 3

This package is for the customer that is somewhere in the middle. If you think most of your guests would prefer beer and wine but you would like to include up to two signature cocktails, this package is for you! This is not our open bar option, but this package will incorporate crafted cocktails options for your guest.  Included in this five hour beverage service is:

  • bar set up and break down

 

  • ice and coolers

  • napkins, straws (or go strawless and save a sea turtle!) & disposable cups

  • drink mixers needed for signature cocktails

  • non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)

  • fruit garnishes 

  • one bartender and bar tools needed

  • personalized menu planning

  • alcohol ordering guide

  • professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance

This package is our signature package and includes a beverage service for it all; beer, wine and as many liquor varieties as you wish!! Take the stress and worry off your shoulders and be a guest at your own event!   Included is a five hour beverage service is:

  • napkins, straws (or go strawless and save a sea turtle!) & disposable cups

  • drink mixers (orange, pineapple, cranberry juices, club soda, tonic water, diet tonic water, sour mix, lime juice, grenadine, simple syrup, bitters)

  • non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)

  • fruit garnishes

  • one bartender, one bar back and bar tools needed

  • personalized menu planning

  • alcohol ordering guide

  • professionally designed bar menu for display (on request)

  • Liquor Liability and General Liability Insurance
