BayShore provides EVERYTHING you need for your beverage service except the alcohol (but don't worry, we will help you with that as well!).
Here for you through the entire process, promise!
THE B+W
A four hour beverage service of beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages.
All alcoholic beverages will be provided by client. BayShore to provide all non alcoholic beverages.
It includes the following:
• one bar set up and break down (bar surface not included in beverage service)
• one bartender and bar tools needed
• ice and coolers
• napkins, straws & disposable cups
• non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)
NOTE: the above list is for bar service/use only.
$3 per guest
THE ORIGINAL THREE
A four hour beverage service of beer, wine, two signature cocktails and non alcoholic beverages.
All alcoholic beverages will be provided by client. BayShore to provide all non alcoholic beverages.
It includes the following:
• one bar set up and break down (bar surface not included in beverage service)
• one bartender and bar tools needed
• ice and coolers
• napkins, straws & disposable cups
• drink mixers and garnishes needed for signature cocktails
• non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)
NOTE: the above list is for bar service/use only.
$4 per guests
THE ALL IN
A four hour beverage service of beer, wine, as many spirits as you would like and non alcoholic beverages.
All alcoholic beverages will be provided by client. BayShore to provide all non alcoholic beverages.
It includes the following:
• one bar set up and break down (bar surface not included in beverage service)
• one bartender and bar tools needed
• ice and coolers
• napkins, straws & disposable cups
• full drink mixer package (orange, pineapple, cranberry juices, club soda, tonic water, diet tonic water, sour mix, lime juice, grenadine, simple syrup, bitters)
• garnishes (limes, lemons, oranges, cherries)
• non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)

MOCKTAIL PARTY
A four hour beverage service of beer, wine, two signature cocktails and non alcoholic beverages.
It includes the following:
• one bar set up and break down (bar surface not included in beverage service)

• napkins, straws & disposable cups
• drink mixers and garnishes needed for signature cocktails
• non alcoholic beverages (a selection of four sodas and water)
• self serve iced tea and lemonade

You can add up to 2 hours to service time for $150 per hour.

If you have more than 75 guests, we require 1 additional staff member per 75 guests.

If you plan to have one bar for Cocktail Hour and one bar for the Reception area, we would consider that two bar set ups.
If your event has a guest list of 150 or more, we would suggest having two bars open.

Water Service | POURED GOBLETS
Staff members will pour water into water goblets already placed on tables.
NOTE: BayShore does not provide water goblets. BayShore will not set goblets on tables.

GRATUITY
Added to all packages
$100 gratuity fee will be added to your contract per bartender for a four hour beverage service
$125 gratuity fee will be added to your contract per bartender for a five hour beverage service
$150 gratuity fee will be added to your contract per bartender for a six hour beverage service or if staff travels over 30 miles
TRAVEL FEE
Travel Fee applies for any event BayShore staff travel over 30 miles from Ocean City/Berlin, Maryland Area
Rental Only services, are approved for Worcester County, Wicomico County and Somerset County in Maryland, and Sussex County in Delaware. (Exceptions may apply)
First 30 miles free; $2.50 per mile
